You have to take a video of yourself auditioning for a specific role and then you uploaded via your progfile page. I did it with my digital camera. It's quite easy to upload it, just use the links on the right hand side on your profile page.

You upload them yourself.
You upload them yourself. There is a link on your profile page "Upload a video", click on that and you will figure it out...
